Venkat – Channel Partner (Shimla)

Venkat brings a unique blend of international exposure and entrepreneurial leadership to StudyNations as a Channel Partner from Shimla. Having spent 8 years in Australia—where he was also an eligible citizenship member—he understands first-hand the challenges and opportunities of studying and building a career abroad.

During his time in Melbourne, Venkat served as Regional Manager with Retzos Group (KFC Australia, 2008–2010) before returning to India to lead and co-found multiple business ventures. His portfolio includes Nature’s Nest Company, Nature’s Nest Empower Foundation, Young Apple Fruit Agency, Poonam Cold Storage, Bhagat Filling Station, and Basera Homestay, showcasing his strong entrepreneurial vision and commitment to community development.

A B.Tech graduate in Electronics & Communication, she began her career in the corporate sector, gaining 4 years of valuable industry experience before shifting her focus to education.

Her pursuit of knowledge led her to complete an MBA and later a B.Ed, aligning her expertise with student development and academic guidance. For the past 8 years, she has been committed to teaching, mentoring, and counselling students with sincerity and care. Currently, she is pursuing an LLB, further expanding her ability to provide holistic guidance.

Dr. Rinshu– Channel Partner (Delhi) Dilshad Garden

Dr. Rinshu Khatter is an an experienced education professional with a strong background in teacher training, school transformation, academic coordination, and student development. She holds a PhD in Education and multiple postgraduate degrees in English, Education, and Management, combining academic depth with hands-on field expertise.

Currently associated with SCERT Delhi as a Block Resource Person (BRP), Dr. Rinshu works closely with DIET, BRC/CRC teams, and government schools, leading capacity-building initiatives under NEP-2020, Foundational Literacy & Numeracy, inclusive pedagogy, and ICT-enabled learning. She has conducted numerous teacher-training programs, designed resource materials, mentored educators, and improved classroom practices through structured monitoring and academic support.

Her experience spans school program coordination, digital content management, online academic support, community engagement, and academic administration. With strong communication skills and leadership qualities, Dr. Rinshu brings a learner-centric, empathetic, and professionally grounded approach to every role she undertakes.
