With a strong academic foundation that spans MA in Clinical Psychology, Master in Commerce, Master in Business Administration (Switzerland), Master in Tourism Management, and M.Phil in Tourism and Hotel Management, he brings multidisciplinary knowledge to guide students towards their ideal career pathways. Currently pursuing his PhD in Management with research focused on AI applications, Pradeep integrates innovation and science-led insights into his counselling methods.

Having spent 8 years in Australia—where he was also an eligible citizenship member—he understands first-hand the challenges and opportunities of studying and building a career abroad.

During his time in Melbourne, Venkat served as Regional Manager with Retzos Group (KFC Australia, 2008–2010) before returning to India to lead and co-found multiple business ventures. His portfolio includes Nature’s Nest Company, Nature’s Nest Empower Foundation, Young Apple Fruit Agency, Poonam Cold Storage, Bhagat Filling Station, and Basera Homestay, showcasing his strong entrepreneurial vision and commitment to community development.

Her pursuit of knowledge led her to complete an MBA and later a B.Ed, aligning her expertise with student development and academic guidance. For the past 8 years, she has been committed to teaching, mentoring, and counselling students with sincerity and care. Currently, she is pursuing an LLB, further expanding her ability to provide holistic guidance.
